Turn any chat into a practice test

Paste your notes, get a quiz with a link.

What it does

Two things it does

Make a quiz from anything

  • Paste notes or a PDF.
  • Get a quiz link to play or share.
  • See who played and what they missed.

Keep learning your tests in progress

  • Choose from your saved exams and custom quizzes.
  • Resume practice and drill the topics you keep missing.
  • Chat practice updates your Tigertest account progress.
  • Continue timed or adaptive test sittings on the website.

Set it up

Two minutes, one URL

Copy this URL, then follow the steps for your app.

https://www.tigertest.io/api/mcp

Add it to Claude

Works on the Free plan. Team workspaces may need an owner to add it.

  1. Open Customize → Connectors (Settings in older menus).
  2. Click Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Tigertest and paste the URL.
  4. Sign in to Tigertest and allow access.
  5. Turn it on in a new chat and ask for a quiz.

Add it to ChatGPT

Depends on your plan. No option? Ask your workspace admin.

  1. On the web, open Plugins → Add custom MCP server (or Settings → Apps → Create).
  2. Name it Tigertest, paste the URL and pick OAuth.
  3. Sign in to Tigertest and allow access.
  4. Select Tigertest in a new chat and ask for a quiz.

Menus change; see the official Claude guide and the official ChatGPT guide. Your assistant writes the questions; Tigertest just saves them.

Things to try

Just ask

Make a quiz

Turn these notes into a 20-question quiz.
Writes the questions and saves them to your account.
Make a quiz from this PDF and give me the link.
Hands back a tigertest.io/q link anyone can play.
Which question do people miss most?
Reads your quiz report: who played, what they got wrong.

Get quizzed

Which tests do I have in progress?
Lists your saved exams and quizzes.
Continue my practice where I left off.
Picks up your practice one question at a time.
Which topics am I getting wrong?
Ranks your weakest topics from your answers.

What the connector can see

Only your own quizzes and progress, the names of your classes, plus quizzes shared with you. It runs as your Tigertest account, and you can remove it anytime.

Questions

What if I study in chat and the browser at the same time?

An older browser tab cannot save over newer chat progress. Saving pauses with a notice; reopen Tigertest to load saved changes. Unsynced browser work may need repeating. Guest-only progress is not visible in chat.

Is it free?

Yes. A free account keeps 3 quizzes of up to 50 questions. Premium ($9.99 once) raises that to 100 quizzes of up to 200.

Which plans can add it?

Claude: any plan, including Free. ChatGPT: depends on your plan and workspace settings.

Can I edit a quiz afterwards?

Yes. Sign in and it is listed under Your quizzes at tigertest.io/create. Edit, share or delete it there, no chat needed.

Can I limit who plays my quiz?

Yes. Pick Everyone (anyone with the link, and you can list it in the library), Only me, or My class. Teachers can share a quiz with just one of their Tigertest classes: say "share it with my class" in the chat. Students already in the class go straight in; anyone else needs the class code.

Your quizzes stay on Tigertest

Edit, share and play them here, no chat needed.
