Tigertest for agents

One MCP server. Any agent that speaks it can discover their tests in progress, practice catalog exams or custom quizzes, make quizzes, and read who played. Two tool calls run a whole session. Tigertest never runs a model on your behalf: your agent writes the questions and does the talking, Tigertest keeps the questions, the mastery queue and the scores.

Add it to a client

  • Claude: follow the current setup guide on /create#add-to-claude. Use URL https://www.tigertest.io/api/mcp.
  • ChatGPT: follow the current setup guide on /create#add-to-chatgpt for your plan and workspace. Use MCP server URL https://www.tigertest.io/api/mcp, OAuth.
  • Meta Muse and other agent platforms: submit the same endpoint as an existing MCP connector with OAuth and PKCE.
  • Any MCP SDK or MCP Inspector: point at the endpoint; the 401 carries a resource_metadata hint, so the OAuth flow starts on its own.

Tools

Quiz the person (two calls)

The whole loop an agent needs. No state on the agent's side: Tigertest keeps the mastery queue and sends the next question back with every graded answer.

  • quiz_meStart or continue a quiz by code, by "dmv", or by words ("British phrases"). Returns one question with options A to D.
  • answerGrade the person's letter. Returns right or wrong, the explanation, progress, and the next question.
  • find_quizSearch the person's own quizzes and the public library; returns codes to pass to quiz_me.
  • reset_quiz_playStart a quiz over for this person (confirm first).

Make and track quizzes

The agent writes the questions (call get_quiz_writing_guide first) and Tigertest stores them. The creator can share the link and see who played.

Continue tests in progress

Discover signed-in progress across catalog exams and custom quizzes. Chat practice uses existing account mastery; timed or adaptive test sittings resume on the website.

  • list_in_progress_testsFind the person's saved exams and quizzes. Ask which one when several are listed.
  • get_study_progressMastery, weak topics or drills, and active web-test links for an exact exam ID.
  • start_study_practiceResume untimed catalog practice, optionally choosing a set or drill. Includes passages, figures and format-specific answer instructions.
  • submit_study_answerGrade a pending practice answer with its one-use attemptId. Updates shared mastery and returns the next question.

DMV permit test tutor

The original tool set: the person's state, the four practice tests and four training sets, their weak areas and pass odds.
